Drink The Tears Of Right Wing Nuts As They Go Nuts Over Supreme Court Ruling On Gay Marriage

If wanting equal rights for all makes you a bad person I say sign me up for evil. And even if I am a bad person I am nothing compared to the vile that say or write the following

All taken from Free Republic, Rapture Ready and from various sources compiled by Right Wing Watch.

"Those who support homosexuals are against our Heavenly Father and His Son Jesus Christ.
These anti Christ people only bring destruction on us ALL.
I have NO sympathy for homosexuals!

Homosexuality is a "Mark" of disobedience.

It was given by our Heavenly Father to test us and abide by His commandments, statues, and ordinances." --Free Republic

And this is a guy that wants us to worship his "loving" god.

"Now, we must warn against the coming persecution, the barrage of criticism and the aggressive action of the homosexual agenda to indoctrinate and change the thoughts and convictions of Americans to accept this lifestyle as the new normal." --American Family Association

Yes, wanting to be treated as an equal is exactly the same thing as persecuting others. Zero irony there.

"Post DOMA: Problems will arise when polygamy is legalized, as it must be. Then spousal immigration from Muslim world will balloon." --Mark Kirkorian,
Center for Immigration Studies

Of course. We all know the real danger in making gay marriage legal is all the Muslims wanting to move in.

"The US travels toward Sodom and Gomorrah." --Free Republic

The Unites States is on the verge of having never existed!

"Our Supreme Court just opened the door to more of the same. Could it be possible that one day marriage as an institution could be outlawed altogether? I believe that is part of Satan’s end-time strategy." --Jennifer LeClaire, Editor for charismanews.com

Of course. We all know that you make something illegal by breaking down barriers so all can participate. Sort of like how letting black people and women vote led to voting becoming illegal.

" This is so true. It is illegal to discriminate against homosexuals now. So says the SUPREME Court of the Land. To me, it means they can go after christians now.

Reminds me of the Nuremburg Trials of the judges who okayed the laws against the Jews. These are judges okaying immorality across this great country.

Woe to us. Woe to this once great country of God fearing peoples.
" --Rapture Ready

So, giving equal rights to all is exactly the same thing as making laws to allow genocide?

"Marriage predates government and civil authorities. No civil authority, including the Supreme Court, has the authority to redefine marriage. Marriage was not created by religion or government and is ontologically a union of one man and one woman. For any Court or civil authority to think it has the authority to redefine marriage is the height of hubris." --Bryan Fisher, American Family Association

Um, no. Humans joining up into couples predates the invention of religion. Giving it a name and creating ceremonies for it was an invention of individual societies. Saying God only approves of certain types of marriage was an invention of some religions. Giving tax breaks for marriage was an invention of governments. Wanting all to be equal in access to marriage is the idealism of proper humans.

"So the elected politicians don’t have to enforce the laws passed by the legislature or voting public. Gotcha." --Free Republic

Yeah, if a state wants to bring back slavery we should just let them!

"It wasn't too long ago that a law was passed mandating infertility treatment be made available to same sex couples- which should have clued any one in with a brain that same sex couples can't reproduce." --Rapture Ready

It's almost as if the ability of the couple to reproduce shouldn't matter.

"Conservatives want homosexuals to enjoy the richness and fullness of life that marriage to someone of the opposite sex gives you. Liberals want the homosexuals money and votes and want them to die childless and soon." --Free Republic

Oh darn. Our agenda has been exposed because we all know liberals also don't advocate for the homosexual right to adopt.....oh wait. We do!

"Let judgement come. Let the rain fall. So over this sinful earth.. might as well pull the band-aid off quick, know what I mean? If I perish or am raptured either way I am with Jesus.

Bring it. People need a wake up call and they certainly are no respecters of the gospel." --
Rapture Ready

Screw you all and your world with equal rights. I'm going to heaven where equal rights are banned!

"Worse. It will eventually come back to “comity” and all states will have to observe MA or CA law. It invalidates the Edmonds Act and I cannot see how this can not open the door for polygamy, then beastiality, then incest. Once the definition is gone, any definition is accepted." --Free Republic

I love watching a good addiction to the slippery slope. It almost makes me forget this person just called homosexuals non-human animals.

"~The Supreme Court's decision will have an impact like as Roe v Wade and will not be overturned.
~Churches will be forced to perform same sex marriages.
~First responders will be forced to attend Gay Pride parades.
~Employees will be forced to attend sensitivity training or lose their job.
~Pastors will be jailed for preaching against homosexuality.
~Christians will feel the scorn of this culture unlike any time in the US history.
~Christians will be scrutinized by insurers and will be denied benefits.
~Christians will be unfairly taxed through an IRS audit of the church.
" --Rapture Ready

Some of those things are not like the others. Some of those things just don't belong.

"I agree with whoever said that now gays will try to force all churches to perform gay marriages. It would not surprise me at all if some court ruled that in order to keep tax-exempt status, they must do this. I know for a fact my pastor, among many others, will refuse to do it. This, in turn, will lead to underground, or secret churches." --Rapture Ready

Yeah, it will be almost like that time the government forced churches to accept female priests. Remember when that happened? Neither do I.

"This is so irritating even people who are so called "Christians" are posting their happiness over this! I am so grumpy ready for the rapture! This along with the filibuster by Wendy Davis people were so excited about her support of women's rights" --Rapture Ready

How dare Christians care about other people. Everyone knows Jesus would have hated that!

  1. Those nutsos would be funny if they weren't so scary. At least Exodus saw the light, in the end.

  2. Oh, and: "How dare Christians care about other people."

It's almost like they are trying to follow some golden rule or something.
